Welcome to my 'year of mugs' subscription. I'm planning a mug for Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer - each mug will reflect the season. The design of the mugs will be a surprise but you can look at the mood board video above to get some idea of my inspiration. I'll be using a range of clay bodies and glazes to evoke the mood of each season.
The shape of the mug will also be a surprise, but each mug will be one of my large mugs - big enough for a latte, americano or a lovely cup of tea, and each will have a handle. It is important to me that you can use these mugs in your daily life so they are dishwasher and microwave safe.
You are paying a monthly subscription of £6.75 per month for 12 months and will recieve 4 mugs plus Royal Mail tracked 48 postage - one for each season (by committing annually you save 10%).
The listing will close on the 15th June, and mugs will be shipped weeks beginning 15th September 2025 (Autumn); 15th December 2025 (Winter); 15th March 2026 (Spring); 15th June 2026 (Summer).
I make my pots in my tiny back garden studio in St Werburghs, Bristol. These mugs are thrown from stoneware clay, and fired twice in my kiln. I love colour and develop glaze combinations which bring me joy.

You must make all payments to receive the mugs. My website will email you if your payment fails, and my payment system will retry your payment details for 7 days. If you don't make all the payments, you will not receive the mug and won't receive a refund of the installments already paid. If you have made full payments for a mug (i.e. 3 payments, 6 payments, 9 payments or 12 payments) you will receive the mug you have paid for.
If you don't like surprises, this maybe isn't the item for you. Designs will be exclusive to subscribers for 12 months. After that, they may be available in my shop.
As this is a surprise club, no returns will be accepted. If the mug arrives broken or damaged, then the Jen makes pots standard returns policy will be applicable.
