Shipping Policy

I ship all items via Royal Mail tracked services. I'm trialling free delivery on all items currently.

I also offer local pick up from BS2 (ready next working day). 

 

I pack items as quickly as I can and dispatch parcels on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (often more frequently). You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.

I package items carefully, using recycled bubblewrap when I can. I use paper tapes to minimise environmental impact.

 

Accidents do happen, and if items get broken in transit, you need to let me know via email jenmakespots@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt and supply photos of the package and item, then I will be able to refund or replace as you require.

 

Replacements may take up to 3 weeks to supply if I have to make them from scratch, and may not exactly match the item you ordered because they are one of a kind. I will do my best to make sure you are happy!
