Shipping Policy

I ship all items via Royal Mail tracked services. Tracked 24 costs £4.75 per package, and Tracked 48 costs £3.75. I pack items as quickly as I can and dispatch parcels on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.

I package items carefully, using recycled bubblewrap when I can. I use paper tapes to minimise environmental impact.

 

Accidents do happen, and if items get broken in transit, you need to let me know via email jenmakespots@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt and supply photos of the package and item, then I will be able to refund or replace as you require.

 

Replacements may take up to 3 weeks to supply if I have to make them from scratch, and may not exactly match the item you ordered because they are one of a kind. I will do my best to make sure you are happy!
