Dark skies is the glaze combo born from camping trips - sitting outside on a balmy night with friends as the stars begin to show themselves and your mind is blown by the hugeness of the universe... A mug big enough for a decent sized cup of tea or a long coffee to take you through the afternoon slump. 
 
Each mug is thrown on my potters wheel in my back garden studio before being refined, a pulled handle attached, and fired. I glaze each mug with brush on glazes, so each is unique - a one off piece of art.
 
These large mugs are made for everyday use - they're robust enough to be dishwasher and microwave safe, but refined enough to feel lovely in your hand. Capacity - 300ml plus.
