Welcome!

Welcome to my new website. I've decided to take the plunge and set up this website and shop, and to use the blog that is offered by my website provider. The joy of this is that I get to say a bit more about me and my pots than my previous shop platform allowed.

In a previous life, writing was part of my work, so it's nice to reconnect with that here. I have some ideas of what I might want to write about - the more private moments of making (potting, glazing, success, failure, learning) and the more public elements of taking my pots (and me) out into the world. Some of this is on my instagram account jenmakes_pots but it's nice to have somewhere that is my own, without having to think about likes!
